What we may deduct from the deposit for damage or loss beyond normal wear, and the evidence we need first.
Being finalised: these amounts are placeholders until we approve them, and may change before launch.
We deduct only with photos from both ends: the condition photos taken when the equipment was delivered, and the photos taken when it came back. Normal wear is never charged.
