What we do
- We rent home-care equipment to families in Bengaluru: oxygen concentrators, BiPAP and CPAP machines, hospital beds, air mattresses, wheelchairs, walkers and patient monitors.
- A biomedical technician delivers and sets up every unit at home, and shows you how to use it.
- Every unit is cleaned, sanitised and checked before each rental.
- You pay a refundable deposit, returned within 3 days of the return inspection.
- Every payment gets a GST invoice.
How we handle health data
Some equipment needs a doctor's prescription. We ask for health documents only when an order needs them, keep them encrypted outside our accounts system, and delete them on a fixed schedule. You can see and delete your documents from your account once a rental is closed.
