Questions people ask
Will the bed fit through our doors and lift?
A hospital bed comes in parts and is put together in the room. Tell us about narrow doors, stairs or a small lift when you book, and we'll check that it fits before delivery.
Is a mattress included with the bed?
Each bed's page lists what comes with it. The alternating air mattress, for someone who spends long hours in bed, is a separate item; the discharge bundle includes one with the bed.
When do I get my deposit back?
After we collect the equipment, our technician checks it. We refund the deposit within 3 days of that check, to the card, UPI or bank account you paid from.
If anything is damaged or missing, we deduct only the amounts in our damage schedule and show you each one.
How soon can you deliver?
For orders placed before 2 pm, when the equipment is in stock at our hub, we can deliver the same day in the window you choose; otherwise from the next day. Check your PIN code on any item page to see the earliest date for your area.
Who sets up the equipment?
A biomedical technician delivers it, sets it up, checks that it works and shows you how to use it safely. Ask them anything while they are with you.
Is the equipment clean when it arrives?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned, sanitised and checked after each rental, before it goes to the next home.
